FIREFIGHTER UKRAINE is an official social video produced for the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (DSNS), created in December 2023 in cooperation with the Pechersk District Department of the State Emergency Service in Kyiv. Alex Makarov served as director and art director, developing the film’s artistic concept, leading the shoot, and directing a production team of more than twenty specialists through post-production.

The film was produced as part of the Service’s official public communication, aimed at highlighting the work of Ukraine’s rescue services and strengthening public trust in their mission under wartime conditions. It was published through the State Emergency Service’s official channels, including the Pechersk District’s Facebook page.
